The following is our policy and procedures as follows:
No Refund policy:
BBMH has a strict NO REFUND policy. When you purchase a package you are agreeing to the terms discussed during your consultation. At any time, if you choose to end your pregnancy experience with BBMH you have terminated your package and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

15 minute policy
Due to the demand, we only wait 15 minutes after your appointment time before your appointment will either have to be rescheduled or loss of appointment. Please try to arrive earlier if you know that you will have issues that are out of your control. It is your responsibility to inform us if you will not be able to make an appointment.

Declining Service
BBMH has the right to decline services to anyone who does not follow proper protocol. Declining your service could result in you being asked to leave the facility and/or being banned from facility.

Real Life Comes First
When real-life comes calling, we go running. Please understand that when you agree to become a patient of BBMH there may come times when real-life takes over and we have to leave. If this interferes with a scheduled appointment, we will work with you to reschedule the appointment. If something comes up in your real-life, it is your responsibility to inform us. You do not have to go into detail but letting us know you will not be present helps us better control our time.

Package Cancellations
Due to the high volume of new patients coming to the facility daily and the risk of others not being able to be scheduled on the roster, we have to remain versatile when it comes to package cancellations. Once you have decided that you will not be continuing your journey with us as your providers, you have terminated your package and have given up your spot as a client. We understand things happen but once you have agreed to the cancellation we must uphold that decision and release you as our patient. If a package has been gifted from the partner or money has been passed to the mother, the MOTHER is the only person that will have say so rights over the entire package and the process.
